Electric Machines CELMA S.A. (joint stock company) has a pleasure to tell you a few words about the company and its products. The company has 85 years of experience in the production of electric machines. In 1995 it obtained ISO 9001:2000 certificate issued by the Polish Register of Ships in Gdańsk and Germanischer Lloyd Certification in Hamburg. The company also operate in accordance with Enviromental Management System ISO 14001.
The basic aim of the company’s activity is to offer its clients specific solutions to their problems, ensure the quality of the service of electric drives. The company produces motors according to Polish Standards as well as IEC, EN and NEMA, ATEX norms.
The main group of motors produced by ME CELMA is the group of squirrel-cage, general purpose motors which are used in many branches of economy. The remaining part of production includes special motors adapted to specific work conditions, e.g. in mining, the chemical industry, in steelworks or in shipbuilding. Currently most of assortment ME CELMA include with explosion-proof motors are offered with the CE sign.
Nearly half of the production is exported through Cantoni Motor, joint stock company, located in Warsaw. The biggest ready markets are Italy, Austria, Holland, Spain, the USA and Germany. A lot of our motors have found buyers in the countries of the Far East. We produce motors for American and Canadian markets according to NEMA and CSA standards.
