The explosion-proof motors group II category 2D, 3D and 3G type 2,3S(K,L)g160÷315-2,3D

Motors are devised for the equipment installed in rooms and areas /zone 21, 22/ where combustible dust may appear.

The 2,3S(K,L)g 160-315-2D ensure high protection quality; they belong to the 2D category acc to the 94/9/WE(ATEX) directive.
The 2,3S(K,L)g 160-315-3D belong to the 3D category.
The motors are also devised for equipment  installed in rooms and areas /zone2/ where explosive mixtures of air with combustible gas and vapour, categorised as group II, T5 or lower temperature class, may appear.
In such case they belong to the 3G category according to the 94/9/CE  directive(ATEX) and they comply with the requirements of the “nA” protection.
