TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Application
Motors for building-in of size 90÷180 are intended for driving
of appliances, where instead of separate housing it is more
convenient to make use of the frame of driven mechanism as a motor housing.
Due to motor construction , it can work only in atmosphere
free of excess dust, caustic vapours, explosive mixtures etc.
Technical data
The motors are designed to work for the voltage up to 550V
at frequency 50 or 60 Hz. The insulation of the windings complies
the insulation class B or F according to EN 60034-1.
Rated operating conditions
The bulid-in motors in normal execution are adapted for S1
continuous duty according to PN-88/E-06701, for ambitient
temperature up to +40°C and for an altitude up to 1000 m above the sea level.
Output range of motors, stated in the data tables, are quaranteed
in standard operating conditions.
It is essential to provide such cooling solution so as to the temperature
of a motor do not exceed allowable one for determined insulation class.
In actuality, the limiting load should be defined basing on allowable rise of the motor temperature.
Design
The bulid-in motors do not have their own housing. It is consists of sub-assemblies as follows:
wound stator core,
wound rotor core as a cage casted from aluminium.
Stator core has a winding made from copper wire from which 6 leads
are led out. These outlets, suitable marked, are connected to the beginnings and the ends of phases.
Rotor with cast squirrel cage is delivered as a rough state without a shaft.
Protection degree of bulid-in motors is to be solved by a user, i.e.
protection against touch, penetration of solid bodies and water.
Other details and sub-assemblies such as: complete terminal boxes and
fans can be available on request.
