| In the 4th quarter 2007 a multi-function machine for multilayer (PE+EPDM) seals punching was designed. The machine was equipped with replaceble working modules. Adjustable (slidable and torsional) module housigs and movable punching modules were used first time (in our factory). Elaboration of this kind of construction caused the necessity of sensor system development (in order to eliminate operator errors) and consequently development of programmer's function. Multi-function machines application gives investors economic effects in the form of costs reduction and icreased machine usage. The machine was put into series production in January 2008. |
