Semi-automatic Machines for Drawing Vehicle Scrapers (PWP type)
In accordance with the contract, in the first half of 2011, the company designed, built and activated multi-module semi-automatic machines for punching waist belt seals.
A characteristic feature of the implemented solutions is that once the load is fixed, it is subjected to subsequent punching operations based on the same base.
This eliminates dimensional errors that can occur in individual clamping positions for subsequent machining operations. Another benefit is the reduction of the work carried out by the machine operator.
It is worth noting that the purchaser of a machine is a large, domestic manufacturer of automotive parts, with whom the Company has been cooperating for many years.
